奖学金政策奖学金：
只面向学历留学生(不包括插班生)，设置“大连东软信息学院来华留学生奖学金”。本学年来华学历留学生奖学金只评定一次，分设三个等级，奖项数量根据当年奖学金总量确定：
1. 一等奖学金 8000元/人˙学年
2. 二等奖学金 5000元/人˙学年
3. 三等奖学金 2000元/人˙学年
评选对象及申请条件
1. 申请人须为我校在校在读满一年以上的外籍学历生。
2. 遵守中国政府的法律法规，遵守学校的各项规章制度，出勤良好，无旷课、违纪等记录；尊敬师长，团结同学，品行端正。
3. 学习成绩良好，无不及格或补考课程，学年平均成绩70分以上。
4. 同等条件下，优先考虑积极参加学校组织的院、校、市、省的各类工作、活动、竞赛等，在学校工作、课程教学、学生管理等方面做出积极贡献并取得优异成绩的评选对象。
The "Dalian Neusoft University of Information International Student Scholarship" is established exclusively for degree-seeking international students (not applicable to visiting or exchange students).
The scholarship is assessed once per academic year, divided into three tiers. The number of awards is determined by the total scholarship fund for the year:
First-Class Scholarship: RMB 8,000 / person / academic year
Second-Class Scholarship: RMB 5,000 / person / academic year
Third-Class Scholarship: RMB 2,000 / person / academic year
Eligibility and Selection Criteria:
1. Applicants must be currently enrolled degree-seeking international students with at least one full academic year of study at the university.
2. Applicants must comply with Chinese laws and regulations, as well as all university rules and policies. They must maintain good attendance records and no absenteeism or disciplinary violations. Applicants should demonstrate respect for teachers, solidarity with peers, and upright moral character.
3. Applicants must have good academic standing, with no failed or retaken courses, and must achieve an academic year average score of 70 or above.
4. Under equal conditions, priority will be given to applicants who actively participate in and excel in various activities, work, or competitions organized at the college, university, municipal, or provincial levels, and who have made positive contributions to university services, curriculum development, or student management.
